Help Heidi Begin Healing from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Naturally

Hi, my name is Alevtyna, and I’m organizing this fundraiser for my dear friend and my daughter’s wonderful music teacher, Heidi.

Heidi has been such a light in our lives — patient, encouraging, and endlessly kind. My daughter absolutely adores her lessons, and it’s easy to see why. Heidi pours her heart into her students, even while quietly fighting battles most people never see.

Heidi has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a complex hormonal condition that affects nearly every part of her life. She faces constant fatigue, pain, anxiety, mood swings, irregular cycles, and struggles with her weight — all of which make even daily tasks a challenge. The physical pain alone can be overwhelming at times — from debilitating cramps and inflammation to crushing exhaustion that makes it hard to stand through long teaching days or even practice at the piano. Yet she continues to show up for her students and give them her very best.

Recently, Heidi discovered a specialized holistic program "Balanced by Ray", designed to help women manage PCOS naturally — a program that could finally give her the tools, guidance, and healing support she’s been searching for many years. The cost for this program is $3,500, which covers comprehensive hormone testing, mental health healing, nutrition guidance, physical training, one-on-one coaching, and several other aspects aimed at helping women with PCOS learn how to heal their bodies from the inside out.

Unfortunately, Heidi doesn’t have the family support to help cover this cost right now. As her friend, I’ve seen how much she gives to everyone else — always putting her students first, often at the expense of her own health. I want to see her get the chance to invest in herself — to feel well again, to have energy, balance, and hope for the future.
