My name is Heidi Kline and I am raising funds to assist my mom and dad with their monthly bills and medical bills. At the end of September, my mom became sick, and we went to the ER. Doctors treated her for everyday ear infections, etc.

On October 14th, she began to have high fevers and was unable to be out of bed for any length of time. We decided it was time to go to the hospital in Saginaw. She was admitted for 3 days and released home on Thursday of that week. The following Monday, 10/20, I took her back; she was admitted and has been in the hospital since then. She has been diagnosed with Histoplasmosis, which is a fungal infection contracted through soil. This could have been dormant in her body for decades! She has been on a chemo pill to keep the lymphoma away, and this compromised her immune system and allowed this infection to grow.

Since she has been going through this, we have learned that her lymphoma is back, which will require IV chemotherapy once her body is strong enough to handle it, and her kidneys are severely damaged due to chemo and the medication being used for this infection.

My mom has owned a business for 30 years and is unable to work. I am raising these funds to help keep everything going at home while she is in the hospital. My mother is one of the kindest, most generous, fun-loving people to walk this earth, and I would love to be able to give her some peace of mind to not have to worry about the financials as she is fighting this nasty infection.
