My name is Heidi. I'm originally from Connecticut and my family lives on Block Island.

I run a non-profit Equine Rescue and we also foster for other rescues as well.

I am Wee Biscuits mom. Our famous Rescue and Therapy horse!

After being misdiagnosed by three separate doctors, I found out this month that I have a very aggressive form of breast cancer called 3 R Negative.

I run my horse farm by myself and could really use help from family and friends. I have to go through aggressive treatment for 10 months including 8 months of chemotherapy. I will be very sick and not able to work a lot.

I have literally been crying and not functioning well at all since this diagnosis. I'm scared. I have no family nearby and really need support!

Please help me and the animals in my care.
