Support during triple bypass open heart surgery

Hello everyone my name is Kelly, and I'm currently in the hospital for what I initially believed to be elevated blood pressure but turned into me now having to have emergency triple bypass open heart surgery to save my life. This is something I wasn't prepared for and happened out of nowhere. So I have to take a leave of absence from my job that I love for about 4 to 6 months or, until I fully recover from the surgery and can function properly all over again.
