I met Heather VanRoten 25 years ago when she hired me, and since then, we have worked side by side, becoming the closest of friends. Heather is truly the yin to my yang—her caregiving nature is a beautiful thing to witness, and she has always been there for those in need. Over the years, I have seen her give selflessly to her family, friends, and community, never asking for anything in return.

Since May 2025, Heather has been bravely battling breast cancer. She has endured multiple surgeries and continues to fight every day. Despite her own health struggles, Heather has continued to support her loved ones with unwavering love and dedication. The weight of medical bills, a mortgage, and daily necessities has become overwhelming as she focuses on her recovery.

Now, Heather needs our help. I am asking for support on her behalf so she can focus on healing without the added stress of financial burdens.
