On March 31st, Heather Traynor received life-changing news: she was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)—an aggressive and challenging subtype of breast cancer that affects fewer women but carries greater risks. At Stage 2, the cancer has spread to both her breast and lymph node. But even in the face of fear and uncertainty, Heather is showing nothing but strength, grit, and grace.

She welcomed her 40th birthday not with balloons and cake, but at the Mayo Clinic, bracing herself for the whirlwind of treatment ahead. She is now going through chemotherapy, and although the road is long, she is determined to fight for a cure with everything she’s got.
