Heather is a kind and compassionate tutor who has made a lasting difference in the lives of many students — including our daughter. Through Heather’s patience, encouragement, and dedication, Elise’s reading and writing skills have improved, and her math scores are getting better. She doesn’t just teach — she builds confidence and helps kids believe in themselves.

Heather was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is now facing the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that come with treatment. Because of her illness, she is unable to tutor and earn the income she depends on. At the same time, she continues to care for her ailing mother. With a high insurance deductible and mounting medical expenses, Heather is under tremendous stress during an already overwhelming time.
