Support Heather Gerlach's Battle with Cancer

My name is Denise, and the pictures you see are of my daughter, Heather Gerlach, and her two children.

Heather has been courageously battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer for over four years. Throughout it all, she never missed a day of work and continued to care for her children as a single mother.

But everything changed in December. She began experiencing recurring sinus infections and bronchitis, followed by severe headaches. Then came devastating news: the cancer had spread to her brain. Heather underwent radiation treatment, and we were relieved when her MRI showed shrinkage of the tumor.

Unfortunately, her condition has taken another turn. She is now in the hospital with pneumonia and requires oxygen. For the first time in this long journey, Heather is unable to work—and as a single mom, this means she’s unable to cover basic living expenses.
