Hi everyone,

My name is Taylor, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my incredible mom, Heather Corbett, who was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. If you know my mom, you know how strong, caring, and selfless she is. She’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone else—and would never ask for help herself. So, I’m asking on her behalf and on behalf of our whole family who need her around for many years to come!

A Life Spent Caring for Others

Heather has spent much of her life taking care of others. She has worked as a labor and delivery nurse for many years, helping to bring new life into the world and supporting families through some of their most vulnerable and joyful moments. She’s dedicated her career to showing up with compassion and kindness—and now, it’s our turn to show up for her.

Her Third Battle with Cancer

This will be Heather’s third time facing cancer. She has already bravely fought and overcome colon cancer and breast cancer. Now, she’s preparing to take on lymphoma with that same incredible strength.

Heather has chosen to pursue a holistic healing path alongside her conventional treatment plan. This includes therapies such as nutritional support, acupuncture, herbal medicine, detox protocols, and mind-body therapies—all designed to support her immune system, overall health, and recovery.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Unfortunately, these holistic treatments are not covered by insurance, and the out-of-pocket costs add up quickly. On top of that, Heather will need to take time away from work to focus entirely on healing.

Every dollar raised will help cover:

• Holistic and integrative treatment costs

• Transportation to and from appointments

• Supplements and specialized nutrition

• Household and everyday expenses while she is out of work
