Our lives were changed by colorectal cancer when my sister, Heather, received her diagnosis on January 29th. As a mother to three precious girls, a wife, sister, friend, and daughter, this time has been overwhelmingly frightening and challenging. With the unwavering love and support from our circle of family and friends, and the exceptional care provided by the medical team at Mass General Brigham hospital, we've devised a comprehensive plan for Heather's treatment and recovery, and she's already making strides towards healing. Cancer has never been a part of our family's medical history, and Heather, at just 35 years old, is otherwise healthy.
