This Go Fund Me is to bring awareness and support to the Lewis Family of Double Springs, AL.

Heath and Kapsey have been married since 2012 and the parents of a small daughter.

Not only is he a husband, a father and a son but a God-Fearing Brother in Blue who takes pride in keeping his community safe.

He began his Law Enforcement Career in November of 2011. In October of 2016 he began his career at Double Springs Police Department and since has been promoted to Patrol Sergeant.

While serving his time as officer at Double Springs PD he was shot in the line of duty in January of 2023. By God's Grace he made a full recovery and returned to full time duty.

In September of 2025 Heath went to a routine checkup where he later was diagnosed with Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer.

He has since had to stop working due to health and treatments.

First and foremost, we are asking for prayer for God to intervene and give Heath a complete healing.

But with the cost of treatments, travel, medication and lodging along with every day bills come a great financial burden.

We would kindly ask for support from anyone who feels led to give. Any amount helps!

God already knows Heath's Story and the battle ahead.

God is the ultimate healer of all. Let's storm heaven with prayer. Nothing is impossible with God, and he is still working miracles.
