Support Healing from Kidney Surgery

I am currently in the long, painful, and scary process of fixing my kidney. This means surgery. I recently had a procedure, where they found a complete blockage of my ureter. This means no urine can move through my body in one kidney, causing extreme swelling, pain, and other complications. I was informed I needed a second surgery. This secondary procedure (though laparoscopic) is much more extreme and I will be hospitalized after. Once I am sent home, I have a four to six week healing time; during which I still am not able to work. I’ve been in and out of the hospital for over a month. The blockage is causing extreme pain, fatigue, and nausea, which is making it difficult for me to move. All that being said, presently I am more worried about meeting ends meet than healing. I still try to work when I can, and it’s taking a huge toll on my fragile body. Currently, I cannot stand for more than five minutes at a time. I am out of work. I have hospital bills, as well as rent and utilities racking up. Absolutely anything helps and means THE WORLD TO ME. I just want to focus on healing, and feeling better instead of bills.
