Hello everyone my name is Leylyn McArthur and in this shown is my daughter Healani McArthur. This GoFundMe is for her as I've been through a horrible separation and divorce. Healani has been held from me by her mother for over a year with no court order where I was only allowed to see her if she would allowed to. I have been through so much abuse and threats and now the worst has happened. My daughter has been taken from me and false claims made against me through a TRO and I will not give up fighting for Healani. This is to help me fight it all in court by getting legal assistance and representation and as most of you know it is expensive. I have exhausted all my funds and my savings were all taken from me this last year as well as having my financial standing destroyed. Though the amount is high it is for multiple retainers and any other legal fees that will arise.
