Hello everyone, my 10-month-old nano pit, Haze, is in trouble! He has a prolapsed urethra and really needs a surgery that is invasive and unfortunately needs a specialist. At the moment, we are doing everything we can to make him as comfortable as possible, but as you can imagine, it is a very sensitive area. So, he is being kept as quiet as possible with medication. Unfortunately, this is a time-sensitive situation. The tissue could become necrotic, and then infection will set in, and he could die. He is a big part of our family, and as I’m sure all of you pet owners know, how much they mean to us. We’re having a hard time finding a vet that can even perform the surgery, so things are going well past what we have in savings. All donations will go straight to the vet's office that is currently taking care of him, so even small amounts of money will help. Also, if you know a veterinary urologist, please reach out.
