Support Hayes at Kansai University Program

My name is Hayes Moore, and I am an upcoming senior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte). I am a Political Science major, minoring in legal studies and global studies. During my time at UNC Charlotte, I have studied Japan extensively and grown a great appreciation for its rich language and culture. Many classes, and even trips to Japan have strengthened my passion for learning about and engaging with the world abroad.

Excitingly, I have been accepted into the Kansai University Global Competence program this summer in Osaka, Japan. This program will coincide with the Osaka World Expo, and I will have the privilege to learn from great academic speakers from across the globe during seminars and field exercises.

I will need money for food, domestic and international transportation, lodging, and fees at my home university. I estimate the total cost to be around $5,000.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I will also be completing a full course load at my home university this summer and in the coming school year.
