Hayden will undergo surgery to remove a cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM) through a craniotomy. This is a major surgery, and while we’re optimistic about his recovery, it will require Hayden to take extended time off from work to recover.

In addition to Hayden missing work, there will be out-of-pocket expenses for temporary living accommodations, non-covered medical costs, and other recovery-related needs.

Hayden has always been a hard worker, saving diligently for his future, and we want to make sure he can focus entirely on his health without worrying about dipping into his hard-earned savings during this challenging time. He works in a health-care adjacent field, ensuring safe healthcare procedures for people throughout Hawai'i. Now we turn our focus on his health, and lifting the financial burden.
