Hi! My name is Jennifer, mother of this beautiful boy. Hayden is 17 and was born with an underdeveloped kidney. His kidney function has now dropped to the point that he is on dialysis, and we are on the path of a kidney transplant.

Now that he is ready for a transplant we have to prepare to spend 2 Months @ Stanford when he gets his transplant and recovers before we can come home. 

I will be starting at a new Company as of 1/1/26 and will not qualify for FMLA. I will need help with expenses for being in Stanford for 2 months and being out of work. I greatly appreciate the support as we navigate the most stressful time in our journey. 

This will be used for expense for housing in Palo Alto and meals while Hayden is recovering from a Kidney Transplant and getting to and from appointments.
