Hayden was born with a congenital heart defect called hypoplastic right heart syndrome. HRHS is when the right side of the heart does not develop and a few surgeries will need to take place to help the defect. The disease is incurable but the surgeries will help Hayden live a long and healthier life. In May he is scheduled to have his second open heart surgery, and hopefully last. I am doing this fundraiser to help my family pay for bills while Hayden is in the hospital and recovering. We are a one income household since I have to stay home with Hayden so any little bit helps.
