Hawaii Fabrication LLC,  owned by Cole Loewen, is a small local welding and fabrication company that was damaged in the commercial structure fire off Limahana Place in Lahaina on April 19, 2021. MPD determined the fire started in an upstairs neighboring unit of the commercial building, causing heavy damage to four units including Hawaii Fabrication LLC.
