Dear friends, family, fellow Car Haulers, Drivers, and community,
I’m reaching out to ask for your support for someone very special — my dear friend and mentor, Harvey Harrington.
If you’ve been in the car hauling world over the past 40 years, you might know Harvey. Some of you might remember him by his old CB handle, “Lost and Crazy.” Harvey has been a dedicated Car Hauler for most of his life, running countless miles on the road and building so many friendships across the country. He’s not just a Car Hauler— he’s a hardworking, kind-hearted man who’s helped many of us along the way, and someone many of us think the world of.
In October 2021, Harvey was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. Despite fighting through the pain and uncertainty, he kept rolling as long as he could. But in February 2024, he had no choice but to come off the road and stop doing what he loved.
He underwent a stem cell transplant in August 2024 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, and began the long, difficult recovery process. We were all hopeful — but tragically, in May 2025, Harvey was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
This latest diagnosis has taken a toll not only on Harvey but also on his wife, Lori, his partner in life and in Car Hauling. Lori has been by his side for over 32 years — and now, she’s struggling to work and take care of him at the same time.
Right now, they’re surviving on disability and Lori’s limited income which just isn’t enough to cover basic living expenses, let alone the added costs of cancer treatments, travel, and care.
We’re asking for your help. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply keeping Harvey and Lori in your thoughts and prayers — every bit helps.
Let’s rally around someone who’s given so much to his family and friends over the years. Let’s show Harvey that he’s not alone in this fight.
Thank you for your love, support, and generosity.
Please donate or share this campaign — it means the world.
With gratitude,
