Please help support Harrison and his family in his battle with Stage 3 High Grade Burkitt's Lymphoma. Harrison is an incredible young man, a sophomore who loves school and being a part of FFA and ROTC. He is one of those kids who is and will make a positive impact on the world!
However, the day after Christmas he was taken to the hospital for scans due to having stomach pain, and in the most unexpected turn of events, was diagnosed with lymphoma the following day. Cancer was not something he or anyone in his family ever thought possible. Within 24 hours, he was admitted to begin full diagnosis and form a plan of attack, and within 72 hours of being admitted, started his chemo treatment. Due to the back and forth nature of treatments and clinic visits, unpaid leaves of absence have been taken to accommodate travel and be fully supportive during his rounds of chemo. The overall treatment schedule is four months, which will cause overwhelming financial strain without even taking into consideration the medical bills and costs associated. After the full four months is completed, he will require ongoing attention and transportation, resulting in additional unpaid time off needed to be taken. The family has received incredible support through family and friends sending love through cards and food donations, but we know it will not be sufficient.
Harrison is going to get through this. We know he will. If you are able to donate and support in any amount, it is much appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read through this, and thank you for any and all support given.
