My son, Harrison, and my daughter, Elliott, deserve to grow up in a safe and loving environment, but their well-being is at serious risk. They’ve come home from visits with my ex injured and unwell—requiring urgent medical care—and have been exposed to severe alcohol abuse and emotional harm. Despite my best efforts to address these concerns peacefully, it’s clear that legal action is the only way to protect them.
