For nine years, Harper Severance has been the hands and feet of compassion in Guatemala. At just 32 years old, she has dedicated her entire adult life to serving children at an orphanage, providing hope for those who had little. The focus should be entirely on Harper’s recovery, yet the financial weight of a medical crisis is staggering.
