Harp BBQ has fed Kansas City for 10 years.

What started as a passion for BBQ became a cornerstone of this community. But like hundreds of small BBQ restaurants across the country, Harp BBQ is closing its doors this Saturday, May 30th. Squeezed out by skyrocketing meat prices, food monopolization, and an economy that keeps punishing the people who love what they do most.

This location is closing. We can't stop that.

But what we can do is make sure the man behind it knows that Kansas City saw him, valued him, and wants to see what he does next.

He doesn't know what that looks like yet. Maybe a partnership with a brewery or distillery. Maybe something entirely new. But ten years of passion and craft deserve a real runway to figure it out — not a forced ending with nothing left in the tank.

It's about honoring what was built inside it, and giving one man the breathing room to decide what comes next on his own terms.
