My daughter Harlow has been diagnosed with Ehlors Danlos Syndrome and Von Willebrands Disease. Unfortunately we are not done with testing, these diagnoses don't explain what is causing severe pain in her stomach. Every day she is in pain and suffering. There are days where her pain is so severe you cannot touch her arms because of the pain. There are days where the pain in her legs is so severe she requires a cane to walk. She is at risk daily of a stroke due to high blood pressure caused by her pain. A long road of specialists is in our future, including Gastroentologists and Hemotologists. Harlow is a brave, intelligent, sweet little girl. She is artistic and fascinated by history. She has a bright future ahead of her, the first step is finding out what's wrong and getting her taken care of. Unfortunately, I am a single mom and a single income and I receive what help they can give from family. Any help to cover expenses from traveling out of state every month to sometimes multiple times a month for medical care would be truly appreciated.
