Support Harley's Quarantine Costs

This is Harley. My girlfriend and I have had to put him into a ten-day quarantine to be sure that he's okay after an incident with another dog. The clinic is going to be charging us close to $800 for boarding, vaccinations, grooming, and so forth. It will be due the day we go to reclaim him. If we are unable to pay anything, we fear that he will be detained. I've tried both of the payment plan websites that would help with this, but neither one will assist us due to our credit. We have ten days to gather the money, so, if anyone is able, please help us. We love our boy very much and already miss him.
