Hi, my name is Antonia, and I am fundraising funds for my very loved fur baby, Harley. Harley is a French Bulldog and is almost two years old.

Sadly, as most of us know these particular breeds are prone to cruciate tears and damage and unfortunately, this has happened to Harley, in both knees and is in a lot of pain. He can barely walk on both legs and struggles to sit down and be comfortable.

Please rest assure that he is on pain medication.

He has undergone x-rays, and other issues were noticed such as hip and back issues which may need surgery on eventually. First surgery are his knees as they're the worst.

We have been told Harley needs surgery for both knees as soon as possible to avoid any joint issues and arthritis that may occur if he doesn't undergo this surgery. The surgery that needs to be performed is Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy (TPLO). We've been quoted around $6,500 per leg. We do have Pet Insurance for Harley; however, they don't cover the amount for both knees. Not only that, but he may also need hip surgery and back surgery on top of that eventually which we do not want to know the cost of that! :( The cost of living is absolutely out of control for a lot of us, but I want the best for my boy to live the rest of his life pain-free and back to his normal self.

He's the best friend of all of my pets and family, and to see him able to run around with them would be a dream come true. I just need help in order to get him there.

The cost includes surgery itself, the implant, screws, aftercare such as medication/laser therapy, physical therapy and a sling.
