The Harlen Santiago Foundation and Cafeteros Football Club are honored to invite you to become part of a project that combines professional football, social transformation, and sustainable community impact. Since its founding, the Harlen Santiago Foundation has provided housing, food, education, and high-level football training at no cost to children and youth from vulnerable communities and ethnic minorities, including those from African and Indigenous roots. Through our academy and competitive structure—now competing as Cafeteros Football Club—we participate in local, regional, and national tournaments, offering a clear pathway toward professional football for our players.

Our project is built on four pillars: athletic training with professional methodology, human development through values and leadership, academic education in partnership with institutions, and professional projection through scouting and club alliances. As part of the new Primera C professional structure approved by the Colombian Football Federation, Cafeteros FC has a unique opportunity to compete for promotion into the professional football system. Our long-term objectives include national and international player development, economic sustainability, and social impact at scale.

To continue and expand this work, we seek sponsorship partners who share our values of social responsibility, youth development, and long-term impact. Sponsorship contributions will be allocated toward competition registrations and federation requirements, sporting equipment and uniforms, transportation and logistics, operation of the players’ residence (housing and nutrition), technical staff and professional development, and medical care.
