I am writing this today because someone very important to me is going through one of the hardest periods a person can face, and she cannot do this alone anymore.

Her name is Harjit, and she is one of the strongest, most hardworking, and most positive people I know. She has always been the person helping others, supporting friends, and pushing through life no matter how hard things got. But this past year, life has knocked her down again and again, and she is now at a point where she truly needs help.

Everything started with a car accident last year while she was working to provide for her family. After the accident, she developed serious health issues, including a brain bleed recently that clotted. This all has left her unable to work and unable to return to normal life. From that moment, everything started falling apart one piece at a time.

She lost her ability to work, then her car, bills started piling up, appliances broke, her son’s car broke down while he was trying to work and help the family, and now her home is in foreclosure for missed payments for 9 months totalling $37,800.00. There were moments where there was barely enough food, and she had to stand in food bank lines just to feed her children.

What breaks my heart the most is that through all of this, she is still fighting every single day for her kids. They are the only reason she keeps going. But the stress, the financial pressure, the health problems, and everything happening at once has pushed her to a very dark place mentally and physically.

This is not someone who gave up on life. This is someone life kept hitting over and over again, and she kept getting back up every time. But now she is exhausted, overwhelmed, and needs help from people who care.

I am asking from the bottom of my heart, if you can help in any way, even a small amount, it will go towards basic living expenses, food, and helping her stabilize her life while she focuses on her health and her children.
