Support Harbor Judo Dojo Infantile Pan America Championships

Please join me in recognizing 5 Harbor Judo Dojo athletes who have qualified to represent the USA at the Infantile Pan American Championships this fall:

Maya Marin: Intermediate -31kg

Keiko Mayeda: Intermediate, -42kg

Jonathan Davila: Intermediate, -42kg

Emma Alversado: Juvenile, -47kg

Mia Magana: Juvenile, -40kg

Maya, Keiko, and Jonathan are currently ranked Number 1 in their divisions on the USA Judo Junior Athlete Roster and Maya is 1 of only 2 USA GOLD medalists from the 2023 Infantile Pan American Championships last year!

These 5 judokas have been doing judo for years and have proven that hard work pays off. They are our leaders on the mat, pushing themselves to train hard 4-6 days a week and encouraging their teammates to work just as hard by setting a great example. They all maintain excellent grades in school and are amazing role models for their peers. We are so proud of them!!!

The Infantile Pan Am Team qualification is a huge milestone for these competitors and the opportunity to compete at the International level will provide them with much needed experience. We are currently asking for donations to assist with their travel expenses, as the trip will be costly and this competition is fully self-funded - any support would be greatly appreciated! The judokas are working extremely hard to be excellent representatives for Team USA!!!
