Hi everyone, my name is Whitney, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my best friend, Hannah.

Hannah is one of the strongest, most hardworking people I know. She’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone else without hesitation—but right now, she’s the one who needs help.

She was recently diagnosed with Graves’ disease, and not long after, she unexpectedly lost her job and her health insurance. Since then, things have been incredibly difficult. She’s dealing with serious symptoms like fainting (syncope), heart palpitations that require her to wear a heart monitor, extreme fatigue, and severe heat intolerance. These symptoms have made it nearly impossible for her to work or find stable employment.

Because she lost her insurance, medical bills have started piling up quickly. On top of that, she now needs surgery and ongoing treatment that she simply cannot afford on her own.

I’ve watched her try to push through all of this, and it’s heartbreaking. She wants to work. She wants to take care of her family. But right now, her health is standing in the way, and she shouldn’t have to go through this alone.

We’re asking for help to raise $6,000 to cover:

• Medical bills

• Upcoming surgery and treatment

• Basic living expenses while she focuses on getting better
