I honestly do not know where to start as I’ve never asked for help like this before.
My daughter’s name is Hannah Marcum and I’ll start at the beginning of all her medical issues.
When Hannah was 15 years old, she was diagnosed with Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor (a type of ovarian cancer). She did chemotherapy after surgery to remove the tumor, her right ovary, and Fallopian tube in 2022. She was cancer-free and in maintenance for 16 months until 2024 when scans revealed her cancer had come back. Hannah had surgery again to have a complete hysterectomy and tumors removed. Then she did chemotherapy again for the second time. We were told she was cancer-free and in maintenance for 13 months until we were told in February of 2026 her cancer has returned again, more aggressive this time. This time around with her cancer recurrence, Hannah has had more issues with not being able to eat, feeling more tired, or taking a few bites of food then being full.
This is where we’re asking for help as Hannah has aged out of the Medicaid program and has been having trouble getting her Medicaid reinstated even though she’s still fighting to get her disability approved. Hannah can’t get scans done that she desperately needs to find out where the cancer is located as her parents nor Hannah have the money to pay for her scans, doctor’s appointments, medications, etc. We’re in need of help to get her scans done so we can find out where her cancer is located and get Hannah’s treatment started as soon as possible. If you could please help us to get Hannah’s scans done and treatments started, it is greatly appreciated.
We know some people do not like to donate to these kinds of things online, but Hannah does have an account set up with First National Bank of Bosque County if you would like to donate at the bank (all you have to do is go into the bank and tell them you’d like to donate to Hannah Marcum’s account). Thank you to anyone who can help my daughter in this time of need to be able to beat this cancer and have a long happy life. Thank you for taking the time to read her GoFundMe and bless everyone.
