Triage follows Joan Daley, a young woman working at a WWII-era airport who believes fully in the war effort and wants to help however she can. But when she discovers that donated blood meant for soldiers is being stolen and sold for secret experiments, everything she believes in gets thrown upside down. Joan has to choose between protecting herself or risking everything, including the person she loves, to expose the truth.

Hi everyone, my name is Hannah Copley, and I’m raising funds to make my short film Triage. I spent most of my adult life in the military. Duty, patriotism, and sacrifice were drilled into me from day one, and even though I was never deployed into a combat zone, I’ve still seen how service changes people. It takes so much from you, and you don’t always get to know why. That question, what is it all for? is really where this story started.

This story means a lot to me because it’s about having the courage to question people in power, even when it’s terrifying. It’s about not letting sacrifice be wasted. And honestly, it’s about the kind of person I hope I could be, someone brave enough to speak up when it really matters.

Right now, my team and I need help to make this film at the level it deserves. We have the passion, the crew, and the talent. What we need is the funding to bring 1940s America to life.
