Hi everyone,

I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but today I’m asking for help for my best friend, Hank. He is more than just a pet—he is family. Hank has been by my side through everything, always offering unconditional love, comfort, and joy.

Recently, Hank was diagnosed with a torn ACL (cranial cruciate ligament). This injury causes significant pain and makes it extremely difficult for him to walk, run, or even stand comfortably. Without surgery, the condition will only worsen and can lead to chronic pain, arthritis, and further injury.

The recommended surgery is the best—and only—chance for Hank to live a pain-free, happy life again. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure, along with X-rays, anesthesia, medications, and recovery care, is more than I can manage on my own. The total estimated cost is around $7,000.
