My name is Kassidy and this is my little boy, Handsome. Over the past year he has been struggling with neurological issues. After a ruptured disc in his spine and months of physical therapy, he was finally improving. Then one morning after our usual walk, he cried out in pain and wouldn’t move for almost 24 hours. Pain medication has helped temporarily while we search for answers.

His recent MRI shows compression of his spinal cord. The doctors believe he may have a bone tumor or a severe infection, and they have recommended surgery as soon as possible. Even through the pain, his playful and loving personality still shines. I know my boy has so much more life to live.
