A 16-year-old student from Hanahan High School has been left without any caregivers after her father was recently deported back to Brazil. We are raising some funds for her basic expenses during this time as she is seeking to find solutions for her next steps forward. Unfortunately, these types of incidents are becoming far too common in this area and around the country. These funds will be given to her and others in the Charleston area affected by deportations.
