Hi. I am Jeff from Portland, Oregon and I am helping Hamza and his family’s campaign in the crisis they’re facing in Gaza. The continuing blockade of food, essential goods has taken a toll on this family after 22 months. The family will be grateful for any donation from you to help them for immediate and future living expenses. The funds will bedirected to his brother Jehad in Turkiye and transferred to Hamza via the Bank of Palestine.

I am Hamza Qreiqea, a freelance Palestinian photojournalist from Gaza. I am married and the father of two children.

During the war on the Gaza Strip, specifically when the army invaded the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, my home was completely destroyed, taking with it all my dreams, security, and warmth. I also lost my clothing business and everything I had built for my future, leaving me without any possessions.

I lived in northern Gaza during the period of siege and devastating famine, and I experienced the bitterness of hunger in all its details. I am unable to meet my family's needs due to the high prices and high commissions, in addition to the hunger that is consuming our souls before our bodies.

For a year and eight months, I documented with my camera the scenes of events, destruction, and famine striking Gaza. I witnessed the people's suffering, and today my children and I are part of this suffering.

Despite all the harsh conditions, I continue my journalistic work and will not stop reporting the truth. Your support and donations give us a chance to recover and start a new life after this genocide in Gaza ends.
