My name is Samuel Lilly and I am raising funds on behalf of the Hamza family. This is their story:
"My name is Um Hamza, and I am a 34-year-old mother from Gaza, struggling to care for my six children—five daughters and one son. Every day is a challenge as I try to provide for my family under extremely difficult circumstances.
My eldest daughter is 18 years old and dreams of studying medicine. She has worked hard to reach this point and hopes to build a better future for herself and her family. Unfortunately, the cost of university education is far beyond my means, and I fear that her dream may be lost simply because we cannot afford the tuition fees.
I am also the mother of Dana (15), Nadin (13), Jana (11), Hala (9), and my only son, Hamza (6). Like all children, they have hopes and dreams and deserve the opportunity to live with dignity and security.
My daughter Jana has been suffering from a serious health condition for more than eight months. Despite many medical visits and tests, the cause of her illness remains unknown. She experiences severe hair loss and swelling throughout her body, and we continue searching for answers and treatment. Watching my child suffer every day without knowing how to help her is one of the hardest experiences a mother can endure.
I am reaching out for help to provide for my children's basic needs, continue Jana's medical care, and support my eldest daughter's education so she can pursue her dream of becoming a doctor. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference in our lives and give my children hope for a better future.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who chooses to support my family during this difficult time."
