Support Hope for Haley: Van & Therapy for Recovery
Spende geschützt
Haley Brasfield is a 28-year-old woman whose life changed forever on November 30, 2015, when she suffered a full cardiac arrest due to respiratory distress. She went without oxygen for several minutes, resulting in anoxic brain damage. Since then, Haley has been non-mobile and non-verbal, but her strength and determination shine through every single day. She continues to fight, inspiring everyone around her with her resilience and hope for recovery.
Haley’s family faces daily challenges, especially with transportation. Their current van is unreliable and often leaves them stranded, making it difficult to get to appointments and therapies that are crucial for Haley’s progress. A new handicap-accessible van would provide the safety and reliability they need to support her ongoing care. In addition, there are several promising therapies—like laser therapy, hydrogen therapy, stem cell therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy—that could be life-changing for Haley, but these come with significant financial burdens.
Despite the emotional and financial strain, Haley’s family remains hopeful and committed to her recovery. Haley is known for her warm smile, her love for family, and her passion for helping others. Before her injury, she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, loved playing softball, and never met a stranger. Today, she finds joy in listening to music and watching her son play sports. Her fighting spirit and the love she shares with her family make her a true warrior. Your support will help provide Haley with the resources and opportunities she needs to continue her journey toward healing.
