We are a family owned, small business and the only Celtic-American food truck in the San Francisco Bay Area. Like nearly every small business in America, we have been forced to temporarily close our business and layoff workers due to the COVID19 pandemic. This prolonged loss of income will be both catastrophic to our business and to our employees and their families.
We've been in a "shelter-in-home" status for 2 weeks and am happy to report we are feeling well and overall healthy! But after 2 weeks of watching what's going on in our country and our community we feel the need to get out there (safely and with our protective gear of course) and help our healthcare workers on the front lines, fighting this pandemic. We don't have the ability to help with PPE but what we can help with is food! In her younger, less "seasoned" years, Emily was an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) so this is personal for our family. Here's where you come in!
We are asking our foodie community to come together to donate funds to provide hot Haley McNicolls meals to our local Bay Area healthcare warriors . Once our initial goal is met which will help get us back up and running again with fresh oil, meats and produce, every $15 raised above our initial goal will go to providing a hot Haley McNicolls meal for a healthcare warrior at one of our local Bay Area hospitals and help keep us afloat until we this pandemic eases its grip on us all.
To our friends, family and customers who have become our family, we thank you for your love and support over the past 2 years. We miss you! Stay safe and healthy and we hope to see you again soon!
Slainte,
Lawrence and Emily Haley
