My name is Haley and I am rebounding from the loss of my mom on February 24th, 2026. For the last 11 months my mom had been battling stage 4 colon cancer. I went part time at work to be able to shuttle her to doctor's appointments, emergency room visits, grocery stores and to pay bills. Throughout my efforts to care for her I have exhausted my entire life savings. Now that she is gone the medical bills, funeral arrangements and other final expenses have added up substantially. We were unable to get life insurance due to her cancer, and she had no other assets. My mom was a true gem. She always put everyone else before herself and would give her last dollar to help someone who she felt needed it more. Always a giver just like her mom. Anyone who met her was in instant friend.
