Many of you may or may not know that I am a member of the Haiti National Lacrosse Team and was recently appointed Director of Sports Development for the program.
This past summer we competed in our first international tournament, the COPA 506 International Tournament in Costa Rica, and made history. Our team finished 4–1 and won the Championship, defeating #21 ranked Peru in the final.
Now we’re preparing for an even bigger year.
In 2026, Haiti Lacrosse will compete in three major international tournaments:
• Heritage Cup – Rider University (USA) | May 22–25
• PALA World Championship – Jamaica | August 16–23
• Pan-American Sixes Championship – Oshawa, Canada | September 29–October 4
Two of these events are PALA qualifiers, and the tournament in Canada serves as an Olympic qualifying pathway.
Yes — Lacrosse is officially returning to the Olympics, and Haiti now has the opportunity to compete on the world stage.
But to make this possible, we need help.
As a developing national program, many of our athletes are responsible for covering their own travel, tournament fees, and equipment. We're raising funds to support our players so they can represent Haiti with pride, without the financial burden standing in the way.
Your support will help provide:
• Travel to international tournaments
• Registration and competition fees
• Team uniforms and gear
• Equipment and travel bags for our athletes
Every donation, share, or word of encouragement helps us continue building something special for Haiti and for the growth of lacrosse globally.
If you’re able to support or share, it truly means the world to us.
