Hi, my name is Hailey Valdez. I am a 17-year-old high school senior who loves the Lord, reading, and running. I truly believe God has called me to serve His people, and I have chosen to say yes — “Here I am, Lord, send me.”

This summer, I have the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Malawi, Africa, and the total cost of the trip is $2,500.

I am currently homeschooled, help care for my younger siblings, and work two part-time jobs while supporting my family, taking care of my dog, and paying my own bills. Recently, I worked a full-time job while completing school and was able to save enough to purchase a car — and as many know, the responsibilities and expenses that come with that are not small.

My goal is to fund this trip with bake sales & the money I make when I work. I am prayerfully trusting God to provide the rest through the support of others. Whether you are able to give through a donation, prayer, or words of encouragement, I am deeply grateful.
