Help Bring Hailey’Jay to the U.S. for Life-Saving Care and Healing
My name is Monique, and I’m reaching out with a mother’s deepest plea for help. My beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Hailey’Jay, is currently hospitalized at the Bustamante Children’s Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica, after suffering unimaginable trauma.
Hailey’Jay is autistic and non-verbal. She was left in the care of a trusted family member while I worked tirelessly to build a better life for her abroad. Tragically, during that time, she sustained devastating injuries: a broken femur (her left hip) and two fractures in her right leg.
She has now been in the hospital for over two weeks. Her medical team has been unable to proceed with the necessary surgery because she has a rare blood condition that complicates treatment and requires specialized care that is not readily available in Jamaica.
Hailey’Jay is in pain, immobile, and confused. She cannot speak for herself, but I am her voice.
I am humbly asking for your help to get Hailey’Jay to the United States, where she can receive the advanced medical treatment, surgery, and rehabilitation she so desperately needs—not just for her body, but for her future.
Your support will help cover:
Emergency medical transportation to the U.S.
Specialized pediatric orthopedic surgery
Post-operative care and rehabilitation
Safe, trauma-informed housing during recovery
This journey is not just about healing her bones—it’s about giving Hailey’Jay a fighting chance at the life she deserves. A life where she can walk again. A life where she can grow, explore, and thrive—despite the odds.
Every dollar makes a difference. Every share brings us closer. Please help us bring Hailey’Jay home to healing.
With all my heart,
Monique Sondar
