Help Hailey & Mike Stay Afloat After Medical Crisis

On July 14th, my son-in-law Mike Brandt collapsed without warning while working for his heating and AC company at a local supermarket. The incident resulted in a traumatic head injury and revealed a serious underlying heart condition. Since then, Mike has been hospitalized with a brain bleed and complications that are still being evaluated.

His wife, Hailey, has not left his side. As they face the uncertainty of his recovery, she has had to step away from work to become his full-time caregiver. The doctors have not given a clear timeline, but it’s already evident that returning to work within a month or more isn’t realistic.

This sudden medical crisis has put a heavy financial strain on them. With rent at $1,600, a car payment of $500, and the everyday expenses of life—food, utilities, prescriptions, and more—the bills are going to pile up fast.

We’re setting this GoFundMe goal at $10,000 to help them cover the next few months of living expenses while they adjust to this new season, focus on healing, and figure out their next steps.
