Support Hailey Gazzana's Medical Recovery

December 2024

Its been a busy month with the holidays, but I wanted to give an update. Since I last posted in November, Hailey has had two more seizure type episodes.

Each one was a shorter in it's duration, but still very concerning. She also has met with Dr Mariano, a Cardiologist, for a consultation, and he does not believe this is anything related to the actual heart structure. So, the next step is waiting for the Table Tilt Test to be done by a Neurologist on January 23rd 2025, which she has been scheduled out over 3 and half months for this test. But, this needs to be completed before the specialized Neurologist at Froedert will even book her Consultation. So again, more waiting....... more frustration...

Hailey also has been released from her employer, which was effective 12/31/2024.

This has been completely devastating, and has had a huge emotional impact on Hailey.

Hailey took great pride in going to school, and caring for all of her patients.

She was a strong patent advocate, and her patients absolutely loved her funny sassy, and sweet spirit. Financially this has been very, very tough. Having health issues with no answers, and now no income. Yet, my daughter still gets up every day, and fights for the answers.

She is so fortunate to have been blessed with a loving husband, and supportive family tribe that will always hold her up, as she continues to fight to get her life back.

I could not be any prouder of how she has handled all of this, my brave, head- strong, little firecracker.

As her momma bear, I am asking everyone for continued prayers, messages of encourangement, and if able, donations, or just sharing her story with others.

I also want to say thank you again to everyone that has helped in my daughter's battle.

You are my salvation

God Bless, DeeAnn

November 2nd Update: ❤️

I just wanted to update everyone

on my daughter Hailey.

This past Saturday night, she had another episode and was taken by ambulance to the ER at SSM in Fond du lac. Thankfully, this one lasted only a

few minutes. She didn't have any lasting, increased right- sided weakness or speech deficits like the first one on June 1st, 2024 that one lasted almost 2 1/2 hours. She is back home now recovering, in a pile with her 3 loving pooches.

She has alot of muscle cramping, and pain on her right side, and is very, very exhausted, but home.

They are sending her to see a Cardiologist for a complete heart work up, and also back to her Neurologist at Froedert.

To say this all has been trying is a complete understatement.

Hailey and Anthony were just married on November 11th, 2023. Only 6 months later they were already facing huge life changing challenges, when they should be out enjoying their new life together as a married couple.

Anthony has been beyond loving and supportive as a husband. Hailey could not have found a better life partner, and I thank God every single day for this blessing.

Also, the endless support of our family and friends have been vital to her overall recovery as they try to find answers for these episodes.

I am asking that you all please continue to send prayers, share, and/or donate if you can, to her Go Fund Me story, stop by for visits, and just communicate with Hailey and Anthony, as they really need to know we are all there for them. Hailey has told me of her daily struggles, financially, mentally, physically, and emotionally, and also how blessed she feels by all of your love. God bless every one of you for your kindness and support

God Bless

DeeAnn ❤️

October 7th Update: ❤️

I would like to say thank you to each and every single one of you that have helped make my daughter's life better.

The messages of encouragement, the prayers, the time spent visiting, and the generous donations have all made her journey much easier. Now, an update on how my daughter is doing. She is improving with each day, and getting stronger. She continues with her physical, speech therapies. Recently, she saw an ophthalmologist for her right sided vision weakness. They have ordered additional testing, and hopefully will have a plan to strengthen the right peripheral vision. She still is not working, and struggles with memory issues.

The donations given have all been used to help pay towards her many expensive medical expenses piling up, and have greatly reduce worries of that debt.

I appreciate everything that she has recieved, and ask everyone for continued prayers, and any other ways you can help support Hailey navigate throught this tragic situation.

God bless, DeeAnn

♥️ Update 8/31/2024:

Thank you to everyone that has included my family in prayers, shared my daughter's story, sent messages filled with words of encouragement and the generous donations made to help her with the financial strains of a medical crisis.Hailey continues to need physical, occupational and speech therapies several times a week, over an hour away, and is still unable to drive due to vision issues. They have decided to do a a full cardiac work-up to target the stroke symptoms that caused right sided weakness. We are awaiting results and praying there will be answers.

I also wanted to express my appreciation to my amazing coworkers for stepping up without any hesitation to help me support my daughter thorough this journey. You are all truly angels❤️

Hello, my name is DeeAnn Worden, this is my beautiful daughter Hailey Gazzana.

I have created this GoFund Me account to help my daughter Hailey Gazzana with her many medical bills.

On June 1, 2024, Hailey experienced a stroke/seizure episode that lasted over 2 and a half hours, and was taken by ambulance to the closest hospital, and was admitted for several days, then transferred via ambulance to another hospital over an hour away that was more neurologically focused. Numerous tests and procedures were performed resulting in many expensive medical bills. This episode has left Hailey with right side weakness, cognitive and memory challenges. Currently, Hailey is not working, she is doing physical, occupational, and speech therapies 3-4 times a week that are 45 miles away from her home. Family members have been driving and helping with that need.

I am setting up this GoFund Me to help alleviate some of the stress of her many medical bills. The road will be a long one, but I see a full recovery in her future. I want to thank all the family and friends that have reached out with calls and offers and want to thank every single person that is helping my sweet daughter navigate this very traumatic event.

Every little bit helps, and is so very appreciated.

God bless, DeeAnn
