About Hafez

Hafez Al-Rayyes is a top student from Gaza who has achieved exceptional academic results despite severe hardship.

Due to the war, Hafez has lost three full-funding opportunities that could have changed the course of his future: opportunities in Romania, at UCL, and through a Turkish scholarship.

After losing these opportunities and facing repeated barriers to continuing his education, Hafez has now been offered a place at Trinity College Dublin Foundation Year, with the aim of continuing on to study Engineering at Trinity College Dublin.
