My beautiful girl Gwen Stefani had to have emergency surgery because of a burst abscess on her lung that gave her life-threatening pneumonia. I adopted Gwen just 9 months ago but she has made my whole world brighter every single day with her larger than life personality and her mischievous/brilliant little mind. She is only 4 years old and the only option aside from surgery was euthanasia and I simply could not let this little ray of sunshine go.
