Support Gwendolyn Vaughn's Gender Affirming Surgeries

My name is Gwendolyn Vaughn. In 2020, I finally confronted the identity incongruency I have been struggling with since I was a young teenager. I started a journey to live my life as I had only dreamed of doing. I have been transitioning for about 3 years now, and it has been a hard journey with lots of challenges but the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I have dealt with a lot of mental health issues that transitioning to who I am now has helped so much and given me the ability to love myself and live with purpose and joy.

A big part of transitioning for me is gender affirming surgeries. These are expensive and take time to recover from, but they are so life changing for me as I can allieviate a lot of my dysphoria and live my life the way I want to.

The funds I raise will be going to pay for surgeries through insurance, travel and recovery costs, and surgery preparation/checkups. Every dollar makes a huge difference and can help deal with a lot of the stress of recovering from surgery while not being able to work.
