Dear Family and Friends,

Today, we write this on behalf of our sister Michelle Wallman and Evan Margaret and Elias. We are establishing this GoFundMe page to assist our sister and her family as they grieve the loss of their husband and father, Guy Wallman, who went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2022. Our family would like to convey a very heartfelt “thank you” to those who have been with Michelle and her family. Those prayers on their behalf we appreciate so very much.

Our family is grateful for the tender mercies our Heavenly Father has shown our family before, during Guy’s illness, and will continue as we move forward. As our family unites around our sister and her children, we felt that the best way to help them is with this GoFundMe page. This fund will help with any costs bound to arise over the next few months. This will be a tremendous blessing to them. We ask that you pray regarding your contribution, and if it is not financial, we gratefully continue to receive those prayers. The next question is when will there be a service or celebration of life? As those details emerge in the coming days, we will update this GoFundMe page with that information.

Lastly, Guy was an extraordinary man. He liked to read, swing dance and had a strange liking for Mt. Dew. He was very handy with a hammer and loved building things. Guy was quirky and loved to laugh. He loved the Trail Blazers and Seahawks. However, what set Guy apart was his character. He adored and cherished his wife. There is nothing he would not do for her. He was a father to three beautiful kids. They were the apple of his eye. He loved fiercely and had a huge heart to help others wherever he could. Above all, he loved the Lord. He quietly did the work God gave him to do. He sought His guidance daily and chose to live out his life to bring glory and honor to his Lord and Savior. We take comfort today in knowing that Guy is able to see the full arc of the story, in all of its beauty and in all of its glory.
